The white dial variant, nicknamed the "Polar Explorer II," has long been a collector's favorite, and remains one of the most sought-after discontinued Rolex sports watches. Produced for 22 years, from 1989 through 2011, the 16570 represents the last classic 40mm Explorer II before Rolex moved to larger sizing. The Polar introduced black surrounds for better visibility, adding immense character while enhancing the visibility of the dial, making this white dial configuration unlike any other Rolex sports watch.

This reference features a 40mm stainless steel case with fixed 24-hour engraved bezel, white Polar dial with luminous hour markers, distinctive red 24-hour GMT hand, and date window at 3 o'clock with Cyclops magnification. Powered by Rolex's automatic movement with dual time zone functionality and 100-meter water resistance. The watch is fitted with the three-link Oyster bracelet and secured by a folding Oysterclasp.

This watch is in great pre-owned condition. Very few, if any, signs of wear. No dings or dents.
