One of the more classic vintage Datejust references, the 16013 is well known for introducing the two-tone steel and yellow gold configuration that became a staple in the Rolex lineup. The linen dial gives it a distinct textured look that sets it apart from the more common sunburst dials of the era. It’s a reference that continues to attract collectors who prefer older Datejusts with character and period-correct details.

This reference features a 36mm stainless steel and yellow gold case with a fluted bezel and a linen dial with applied hour markers and a date window at 3 o’clock. It is powered by the Rolex Caliber 3035 automatic movement, offering quickset date functionality and a 42-hour power reserve. The watch is fitted on a two-tone Jubilee bracelet with a folding clasp, consistent with the traditional Datejust design.

CONDITION: Good condition, especially for its age. Small signs of wear on the hands, dial is clean. Bracelet shows a decent amount of stretch, good for a relaxed fitting watch.
